What are the best UC (University of California) schools?

The UC campuses are Berkeley, Davis, Irvine, Los Angeles, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Santa Cruz. I know Berkeley and LA are often considered the two best, but what about the rest... How would YOU order them from best to worst?
And I know that there are different ways to look at it, but generally speaking.

According to U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges 2010, the UCs rank in Top Public Universities:

#1 - Berkeley
#2 - UCLA
#7 - UCSD
#11 - UCD and UCSB
#14 - UCI
#29 - UCSC
#43 - UCR

UCM is not ranked probably because it is new.
