Is it possible to get into UCSB, even though I missed the deadline by 4 days now? Also, where can I do this?

To clarify: When I said "get into UCSB" I was referring to transferring into the Spring 2010 semester, not as an incoming freshman.
I can find the fall application online but not Spring.

Also, I know you need 60+ credits to transfer for the fall semester, but do you also need that for the spring semester?
