Default Does a 3.2 GPA basically eliminate my chance of getting into a good college?

Okay, I go to a Health Science and Engineering Magnet school and I rank in the top half of a class of 82 students. We started out with 108 students but many were not able to take the workload so they left our school and went back to their zoned schools.

Our school only offers honors classes and AP Classes so we get more difficult classes than schools from across our state. Our school is ranked number 2 in our state when it comes to the best high school rankings.

I have an 1840 SAT score (plan on retaking) and I have done a lot of extra curriculars and volunteer work.

I am looking at the follow colleges (I live in GA):

SUNY: Stony Brook
SUNY: Buffalo
University of Delaware
Cornell University
University of Vermont
University of Minnesota: Twin Cities
and University of Oregon

Do I have a chance at any of those colleges?
