Default Are these parts compatible?

I'm thinking of upgrading a few parts for my computer and was wondering if these parts will work together.

I currently have a AMD Phenom X4 9650 and I'm thinking of buying an Intel Sandybridge i5-2500K.

I'll also need to buy a new Compatible Part like motherboard if I'm not wrong, I currently have an AM2 one, don't know the exact model. I was looking at a Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3, would that work with my CPU?

I'm also upgrading my RAM to some Crosair XMS3 8GB.

Other parts are HD6870

Thermolab Trinity heatsink

Crosair CX600 psu
